I have been on the road for the last 2 weeks for business. Luckily, I had the opportunity to stop in a few times at A-Town Crossfit, in Arlington, TN. Here they have a focus on strength, which brings me back home. I am glad to have met some cool folks Jon, Ty, and Jeff, and appreciative of letting me stop by for so long and workout. I absorbed great lifting techniques, advice and wisdom. I thought I was in shape, until I did some work on the rings.

Once the wod starts the barbell cannot touch the ground. If it does the team must complete 10 burpees.

Stayed steady during the box jump burpees and 400m. Broke the Push press into 2 x 15. Body is aching from a long week. Ready for a day of rest tomorrow!
