Carol and I, left from Nashville Friday morning at 1:00 am just to be in North Atlanta to get me a little Metcon in. This is the location where the Open Workout 14.1 was announced lived. The host here was Nicole Chistensen, Pat Sherwood and Sean Woodland. This facility was remarkable, and the staff was amazing. While the wife slept in the backseat I accomplished:
