[A] Warm-up
Do not pick up a weight heavier than 315# before the workout.

[B]5RFT

3 Handstand Push Ups - start w/ strict, kip when needed. 
6 Deadlifts @ 315# 
12 C2B 
24 Double Unders

All HSPU were strict
All Deadlifts were UB
12 C2B- Rough
24 DU- broke  once in R4 and R5

[C] Foam roll and passive stretching.
Pretty simple, do it for no less than 20 minutes
