Thrusters good, Box jumps slow but paced and burpees paced.

Then 2 rounds 11 DL, 1 DL +6 HPC, 3 HPC + 6 S2OH

Felt pretty comfortable, kind of lost time in between sets. May have rested more than I should of. Much better than last Saturday
