New to PC

I really felt this one in my lower back. Just starting to get the hang of things, and hopefully within a few weeks my body will adapt.

 I need to incorporate at least 10 minutes of skill work each workout.

3 days a week right now is more than enough, my body aches, shoulders are tight and delts are tender.

If I am this sore, I must be doing something right? or wrong?
