SNATCHES
I felt a little rushed this morning, because I woke up late. I ended up missing part of the warm-up, but got what I needed in. I started light with 95 lbs and worked myself up to 185 lbs. I was happy with the weight, but not the technique. I do not feel comfortable with weight over my head yet. Apparently, I need to work on a thing called snatch balances. I have yet to perform one of these, but from the sounds of it, I need to. I look forward working snatches!
