07.15.13- Against the clock

I normally start the week off with an AM workout, but woke up late. I accomplished this workout at the 4:30 session and regretted not making that morning. It appears that summer has finally arrived.

For the most part not a bad workout. Form started to deteriorate on the second round around 5 ground to overhead. Need to get stronger with the jerk and full extension.
