Second week, and 1st back to back workout. I am sore, and a bit grumpy this morning. I got some good mid-line and skill work in. Stronger on the pull-ups than I expected. Grip is weak!
For the first time-- I am DEAD! I am not sure if it was the combination of traveling and back to back workouts. Kbs were pretty good 25/15/10. The air squats killed me, legs shaking uncontrollable. 25/15/10/20/10/10/5/5. The 400 m was more of a crawl, but I did not stop. Has to be the worse WoD I have done so far. I feel the foam roller coming on!
